2. Account Creation and Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that the name, phone number, email address, and payment details registered on your account belong to you and match your official records. False or inaccurate information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of your balance.
Password security and account access
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. sportybet will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately through the provided support channels.
All activity carried out using your login credentials is considered to have been performed by you, including any bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. sportybet is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to maintain the security of their account.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Users of the sportybet platform agree to use this service for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following are strictly prohibited:

All transactions on the sportybet platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered under their own name.
Deposit
Deposits that have been successfully processed cannot be reversed by the user. The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform at the time of the transaction. sportybet is not responsible for any fees charged by the user's bank or e-wallet provider. Any deposit that fails to process due to incomplete or inaccurate information is entirely the user's responsibility.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests must meet the minimum threshold set by the platform. sportybet reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing large withdrawals. Processing times may take up to three business days depending on the chosen method and verification requirements. Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the sportybet account holder.
Sportybet does not accept payments from third parties. Any deposit received from an unrecognised source will be returned and the account in question may be suspended pending investigation. Users must report any discrepancies in their transaction records within 14 days of the transaction date.

6. Account Closure Policy, Amendments to Terms, and Applicable Law
Account suspension and closure
Sportybet reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if a user is found to have violated any terms in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, or failed to meet requested identity verification requirements. Balances in accounts closed due to a breach of terms may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting our support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all verification checks have been completed.
